OLI Process Technology
Process flowsheets
OLI software can calculate 4-phase equilibria at a single point or for a survey of points. OLi can also be used for multi-stage calculations or multi-unit processes with recirculation and controllers.
OLI has "OLI only" or "OLI primary" simulation choices for flowsheets. OLI also offers the OLI Engine "under the hood" in a variety of flowsheet simulators, via our Alliance Products.
ESP
ESP is a powerful but dated flowsheet simulation system that contains many of OLI's advanced phenomena features not found in other flowhseet simulation choices.
Clients who can overlook the DOS-like interface find a versatile and multi-featured system. Process flowsheeting with multiple recycles and control loops are allowed in ESP. Feedforward and feedback controllers and Manipulate blocks help to achieve process specifications.

The Sensitivity Block in ESP allows the user to determine easily the sensitivity of output results to changes in Block Parameters and physical constants.
Both ESP's AQ and Mixed Solvent Electrolyte (MSE) models accept pseudocomponents and hydrocarbon components as part of process input. Learn more  |

OLI Pro
OLI Pro is a steady-state electrolyte process simulator that uses Honeywell’s UniSim Design flowsheet simulation shell. Both the OLI Aqueous (AQ) model and the OLI Mixed Solvent Electrolyte (MSE) model are available as property methods in this software. In fact, they are the only property methods in this software!
When you have an electrolyte-only or an electrolyte-primary system where OLI thermodynamics are sufficient for your flowsheet, OLI Pro is a powerful simulator with an interface that will be familiar to your Aspen HYSYS and UniSim Design simulation specialists. Learn more 
Dynamic simulation with control
The dynamic response of an electrolyte process can be studied using OLI's dynamic simulation program, DynaChem, to examine control strategy, potential upsets, scheduled waste streams, controller tuning, and startup/shutdown studies. Studies of pH and compositional control, batch treatment interactions, multistage startup and shutdown, controller tuning, multicascade and adaptive control are all possible.
